Return Policy for Fragrances , Body Care Products and cosmetics products.
All orders can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for a full refund minus postage and gift wrapping. If you wish to return a product from your order, simply send the product to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle after we receive your returned product. Within the US and UK, we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $ 6.95 deduction from the rebate, for the use of labels.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and rejected packages, unless we have made a mistake.
In addition, we understand that customers must open items before determining whether they like it. As long as the item is not overused, you will get a full refund. Otherwise you will be subject to a partial refund.

For Fedshant clothing and accessories:
Any claims for faulty / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims found to be in error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, send a problem report to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return address is set by default in the Fedshant function. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charities after 4 weeks. If the Fedshant facilities are not used as a return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.
Incorrect address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the costs of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you (if applicable).
If you have not registered an account with Fedshant and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim shipping will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense. (without us making a refund).
Fedshant does not accept returns of sealed products, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be removed.
Customer Returned - Customer must contact us prior to returning any product. We do not refund orders for buyer's regret. Product returns, face masks, as well as size changes are offered at your discretion and expense. If you choose to accept returns or changes in size, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a mask or a product in another size. You should always contact email@example.com for returns.
Notice for EU consumers: In accordance with article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalized;
2. Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are therefore not eligible for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene
therefore, Fedshant reserves the right to refuse returns in its sole discretion.
This Policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations made for any purpose.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems

Loss or theft of delivered Product:
All requests will be addressed within a maximum time of seven (15) business days following receipt marked by the shipping company. Fedshant undertakes to submit the relevant claim to the shipping company, this is limited to the time established by the shipping company for cases of claims, as well as the decision to reimburse or not is the total decision of the company that made the shipment. Fedshant is not responsible for misdirected, stolen, damaged or vandalized packages after delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care items (such as beauty supplies). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
In the unlikely event that your order or part of it arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for eight business days after you notify us and a replacement will be shipped to you.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be canceled once placed. If a cancellation option appears next to your order in the order history section, you can cancel your order.
